The room here was really good value for money. It had an iron and ironing board, a TV with lots of channels, and a nice seating area - super handy! The location was comfortable and convenient 👌.

It had everything needed including central heating, an iron and a TV set, rooms were quiet and immaculate. It had a good and marvellous setting short walk to centre of town, a wee beer garden, and eateries and shops.

Some of the rooms lacked natural light and ventilation, resulting in a damp and unpleasant smell. noise from other guests and the kitchen could be heard easily, which may disturb light sleepers.

Enjoyed my one-night stay, the owner was very helpful with amenities including an iron, TV, seating area for a great value room, and the location by the river was convenient with all necessities available.
